A 50 years old shipwreck located right at Habonim beach in the Mediterranean sea.
The ship was originally built at the Israeli shipyards in the 1960s and named "Hawk". It was destroyed in a storm in 1970 after the captain sent signals of distress before a ship called "Panther" came to her aid. The crew tried to tow it to safety, but the rope got caught in the engine and things got more complicated. Eventually, the "hawk" was thrown to Habonim Beach, where it crumbles till this day.
The picture was taken during winter, when a rare combination of calm sea and approaching storm took place.
