The cloud forests of Monteverde Costa Rica are amazing, here you can find literally tens of thousands of species of plants and animals on a single tree. The forests are bathed in perpetual mist which nourishes everything from epiphytic plants to insects and amphibians. The sheer depth of this ecosystem is hard to comprehend!
