This photo was taken at the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Atlanta. It was designed by John Portman and is a landmark of the city. The atrium is so huge that it can be overwhelming. After taking several shots with my head and camera pointed straight up, I set the timer on my camera, laid it on the floor and ran out of the frame.
