I've been watching a lot of @ThatPhotographySpot and was inspired to get a little more serious with my dog portraiture. The big realization I had with this pic was that I didn't need a tripod to shoot the photo and then reshoot the background in order to remove the leash. I had thought the two images had to be identical, but all I need is a bit of the background to be right and then I can move it around to cover up the leash. Makes the whole process way simpler than I had thought. (Sometimes I overcomplicate things and then avoid them.) Shot with my Nikon Z7II and 85 1.8s
