Distortion of space

I wanted to give a slightly chaotic feeling with all the elements that participate in the scene.
I embedded the bicycle wheel in I don't know what kind of contraption it is, to cause the distortion of something known. The aperture is at F/2.8 to try to blur the background and the color of the wall, I think it accompanies this montage a bit.

Mariano, I thought the background wall was a large world map in an abandoned school room, once I looked at the full image I could see what you mean as it’s too sharp rather than blurred maybe soften the hard edges or clone the whitish glare you’ve got going on in the lower left and clone or duplicate it to a new layer on the areas you think need blurring and the play around with the blend modes and their opacity and fill strengths.

Yes you are right. What happens is that one thing is what I want to do and another is what I end up getting. The distance from the bicycle wheel to the wall was very short. I thank you very much for your positive comments and for taking a look at the photos.
Thank you and best regards
