"Be careful what you wish for, lest it come true."
the story behind this photo and the whole set:
I had a break in my career for some tome due to pregnancy/motherhood and relocation. I made “the FishWish” story early on April this year, which has a very deep connection with myself and how I felt. The story features a female who holds a goldfish in her hands in the forest for a wish and the next day wakes up as a sole ruler of her kingdom, being both the queen and the king of her space, managing her own life, choosing what to do with her own time. For the first glance it seems that she asked for it to the Fish, but the fish here is something conditional, in fact the goldfish is she herself and here I again wanted to work with self-confidence, which is my favorite theme in photography. I believe if one has earned confidence for him/herself, no one can stop him/her from reaching whatever he/she want for herself or managing his/her own life.
I put all myself into this shoot doing photography, set design, styling, art-direction, makeup and all the arrangements, so thanks for your time for jumping in.
