The cattle egret is a small, compact heron measuring about 46–56 centimetres (18–22 in) long and weighing 270–512 grams (9–19 ounces) with a wingspan of 88–96 cm (35–37 in). It has a stout bill and a relatively short, broad neck, which is usually curved. Adults outside the breeding season have almost white plumage, with a yellow bill and greyish-yellow legs. The photo was taken in the Ria de Villaviciosa (Asturias- Spain). There were quite a few and I was waiting to see which one was as close as possible to the aesthetics. Many of the photos I get are unsuccessful.
