The Cute, The Sweet, and The Adorable: Zoo Animals
In this series of images I hope to depict these qualities displayed by animals I've captured digitally from zoos around the USA.
I believe this to be an image of one of two sister Mountain Lions rescued and nursed back to health after they were abandoned or orphaned by their mother. They have since grown and are on exhibit at the Orange County Zoo's Large Mammal Exhibit. The young lions had been playing and chasing each other around for awhile when they decided to take a break, which provided me with my chance to capture her sweet face.
