Edwin, thanks for your comment, and question. As to an answer this image was shot on film as to EXIF it's lost to time (recorded in some pocket notes) As to focal length more than likely my 200mm f/2.8 @ f/22, film either Kodachrome 25 or 64 (only 1 stop difference between the two) tripod mounted. The only other lens possibly 85mm f/1.8 which also would have been stopped all the way down. Due too the size of the moon I'm 99.8 % sure it was the 200mm. Also in focusing at these small f/stops I used the hyper-focal scale on the lens barrel and double checked visual with the lens stopped down manually and if the shutter speed was slower than 1/30 I would lock the mirror in the up position. Thanks Paul, that is very interesting, a tough shot on film! I'm also guessing 200mm.
