And while it used to be that such lenses were not particularly sharp near their maximum apertures, as we have moved into the mirrorless age, it has been mightily impressive to see just how far they have come, with very good image quality even at apertures like f/1.2 or f/1.4, which is sure to please bokeh fanatics who love to shoot wide open.
