Many photographers do not want to spend top dollar for high-level bodies, but still need and appreciate advanced features like fast burst rates and powerful autofocus. For Canon shooters, two options that fit that bill are the EOS R6 Mark II and EOS R7. Which is right for you, though? This interesting video discusses the two in the context of a demanding genre, bird photography.
Coming to you from Jan Wegener, this great video discusses the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and the EOS R7 and how the two compare for bird photography. Both of these cameras are rather capable, with the EOS R6 Mark II bringing with it a lot of the capabilities of the powerful EOS R5 and the EOS R7 serving as the flagship APS-C in Canon's lineup. Of course, the biggest difference between the two is the sensor size. Many sports and wildlife photographers actually prefer an APS-C camera for a lot of applications, as the extra reach of the crop sensor saves them from having to spend money on an additional lens, but of course, the advantage of the full frame sensor is the better noise performance. Check out the video above for Wegener's full thoughts.
