The Nikon Z fc has arrived, offering the company's latest mirrorless technology in tandem with a retro-inspired design that aims to capitalize on both the aesthetic of older cameras and their manual controls that return to a purer form of photography. With a small size and affordable price, it looks like a potential hit for Nikon, and this awesome video review takes a first look at the camera and what you can expect.Â
Coming to you from Matt Irwin Photography, this great video takes a first look at the Nikon Z fc mirrorless camera. This is not Nikon's first retro-inspired digital camera, with the Nikon Df having come before it, but Nikon seems to have done a better job, with the Z fc not sacrificing features for its design. With an APS-C sensor and a sub-$1,000 price (just over if you want to pair it with a kit lens), the Z fc is also quite affordable, making it a great entry point into Nikon's mirrorless system or as a second body. And with capabilities like 4K video and an 11 fps continuous burst rate, it leaves room for its users to grow with it. Check out the video above for Irwin's full thoughts on the camera.Â
This site seems to have proverbial whiplash in its response to Nikon's release of this camera. Articles are posted slamming Nikon and saying this camera is a failure within its first week of release, and also articles saying its a great camera, perhaps a stroke of genius by Nikon!
Psssstt....this site has multiple writers/authors which means multiple opinions.
This site has about 2 writers, the rest just post links to terrible youtube videos actually. This is why I have been moving away from this site to others that offer a cohesive and quality experience.
Lol, damned if you do, damned if you don't. There are at least a couple of writers on here that post non-videos that also catch a lot of flak.
Hot tip for 'ya, there's a play icon on the lead image/thumbnail which indicates video. For those that act like the sky is going to fall should they click and find a video instead of a written article, maybe consider continue scrolling. I know I know. Seems commons sense, right?
This is a clickbait page that lures you with controversial headlines ;)
You must have some pretty severe CDS (Clickbait Derangement Syndrome) to think this title, "Has Nikon Gotten It Right With the Retro-Inspired Z fc Mirrorless Camera?" is controversial. Holy smokes. lol
I was referring to what Matt Edwards said, and i said clickbait page, not clickbait article.
You are reading things that are not there, while diagnosing others with a derangement syndrome hehe
When compared to the price of a new D6. ;-)
Chevy, of course, but it has to be the ZR1. :-) Actually, my all time favorite car is the Ferrari Daytona, the ultimate GT. The shifter is a royal pain, but, so what!!?
Lusso.....nice!!! I've had a few sports cars, including a '74 TVR. But, with my budget, practicality wins the day. I'd love to be driving an Aston Martin Vanquish, but instead, I drive a mid sized SUV. Practicality is synonymous with boring. :-)
