Tamron has made a name for themselves in the last few years by creating lenses that are highly practical and offer great image quality without costing an arm and a leg. One of the most exciting newer options is the 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD, which can replace a multitude of lenses in a photographer's bag, and this excellent video review takes a look at the lens and the sort of performance and image quality you can expect from it in usage.
Coming to you from Christopher Frost, this great video review takes a look at the Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD lens. Up until a few years ago, full frame zoom lenses almost never went wider than f/2.8, but we have since seen the introduction of options like the Canon RF 28-70mm f/2L, which have blurred the line between zoom and prime. I have personally replaced several prime lenses in my bag with the aforementioned Canon lens and absolutely love working with it, and it seems like Tamron's option could be even more versatile, making it appealing for a wide range of photographers and filmmakers. Check out the video above for Frost's full thoughts on the lens.
Might sell my sigma 24-70 2.8 for this.
If the weight isn't excessively fatiguing, it seems like a very impressive lens.
If only you could get one! Out of stock in the multiverse!
Preordered mine in November. Starting to think this may be the longest April fools joke ever. Punch line coming April 2023
