Here's a little video that needs no behind the scenes. All you need to do is find a cool subject and take multiple pictures a day for 3 years. My favorite part is that this whole thing was shot on a Pentax ;)

That's dedication. I hate that it's an ad, I thought someone had just gone out and did this on their own. Oh well. Still done really well.
I think it's impressive even if it is a commissioned advert; it shows that someone did well with their marketing hire. Excellent link!
What's wrong with advertising? Advertising employs a lot of photographers and film-makers.
Without someone paying the cost of production jobs like this rarely get done.
