The Wednesday Rundown 3.9.11

Howdy, and welcome to the Wednesday Rundown. This week we have a video from the guys at Lighten Up and Shoot. I have posted videos from them before and always enjoy them. They have a unique laid back, shooting from the hip style that works very well for them. They break things down to be simple and get the point across. Check out their latest video and search around for some more they have put out on the net. If you have a video that you think we might like to post, please click on "submit content" above.

Location, Model, and Wardrobe in one Hour:

This is part 1 of this subject Lighten Up and Shoot will be creating. I will post the 2nd part once they complete it. Enjoy!

Unique Fashion Shoot:

A quick little video on a photographer out of the great city of Austin, TX.  This photographer adds some unique props to his shoots. Smashing TVs and adding some fire to the picture adds some interesting results.

Workflow Superbowl 2008:

After the postive response on workflow I figured I would see what else was out there. Well this is nothing like superbowl 2011 played in the greatest stadium ever made in Dallas, however it is interesting to see some of the behind the scenes technology photographers were using.

Look at 2:32-240 in the 3rd video. You can spot a really happy Scott Kelby there!

This isn't Scott

Q. So Scott, are you shooting the SuperBowl?
A. Man, I wish. Unfortunately, I’ll be just watching the game at home.

Just to clarify, this video is about Superbowl XLII (2008) NOT Superbowl XLV (2011), which is what Scott Kelby's blog post is in reference to.
