If you are anything like me, you're extremely active during the summer and once winter rolls around you become a hermit and the pounds pack on. For those of you attending our Bahamas photography workshop, you may be interested in our photographers weight loss challenge.
To help inspire us to complete our fitness goals, we have created a Facebook group where we can all encourage one another.
The rules are simple
1. You must take a "before" image of your body (excluding your face if you wish) so that we can all track our progress
2. You must set goals for yourself for the next 3 months and keep the group regularly updated with your progress
Your goals might include a desired weight or body fat percentage. You could also make physical goals (I want to run a 10k or I want to be able to do 20 pullups). Your goals are completely up to you but the group will be there to inspire you to complete them. You may also want to plan your diet as well. I won't be drinking alcohol or eating junk food for the next 90 days.
2 years ago I did the P90X program for 90 days and although it was the hardest program I've ever completed I did see significant results.
Once again I look like the "before" picture above and it's time to take drastic measures. For the next 90 days my goal is to lose 10 - 15lbs of body fat and add muscle.
Although this group was created with workshop attendees in mind, we are happy to include anyone who wants to take part. Join the Facebook group and let the games begin.
I don't see much difference there. Other than the lighting.
I happened to be in another state when I ended my 90 days. For this next 90 days I'll make sure to take the images in the same place.
For one, that's not a nice thing to say to someone that spent 90 days intensively trying to improve their physique. And two, You might need to choose another profession if you can't tell the difference. Just look how the fat melted off those abs!
Bummer - it's only for the ppl going to the Bahama's... I was going to sign up and get in shape!
Wait a sec. - I AM in shape. Round is a shape!

AWESOME!! Thanks, Lee!
Always good to promote health! I started getting back in shape Oct of last year and I'm down 60 pounds so far!
Hey, I had this problem and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 21 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. I'm a little embarrassed to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I've been doing then I'd be happy to help in any way. Just shoot me an email at mikesjonathan@gmail.com and I'll show you my before and after photos, and tell you about how things are going for me with the stuff I've tried. I wish someone would have helped me out when I was struggling to find a solution so if I can help you then it would make my day.
WTF?
Just joined the group =] awesome idea Lee! It came in a good time.

This isn't a contest as much as it's an excuse for Lee to show everyone that he's getting buff ;)
