7 Ways AI Can Help You Become a Better Photographer

Perhaps no trend has a tighter grip on the photo industry (and arguably, tech as a whole) right now than AI. While it has caused a lot of uncertainty and worry over how it will affect the careers of creatives going forward, it has also brought with it a lot of highly valuable tools that can make your job easier and more efficient. This fantastic video tutorial discusses seven such tools and how you can use them to improve your work.

Coming to you from Peter Forsgård, this excellent video tutorial discusses seven different ways you can use AI to improve your images and make your life easier. Perhaps my favorite tool at the moment is the new masking panel in Lightroom. It is a remarkable step up from the old masking panel, so much so that it has improved the quality of many of my images. There are many shots that I would like to perform certain edits to but do not, simply because the edits would be too time-consuming given how many photos I need to get out from that batch. However, the new panel allows me to quickly and easily dial in masks that would be too tedious to be worth the time before, allowing me to make edits that notably improve the final images. Check out the video above for the full rundown.
