And The Winners For the Fstoppers Workshop In The Bahamas Are...

On May 28th - June 1st, Fstoppers is hosting our first ever Fstoppers Workshop in the Bahamas. Over the month of January we ran two contests where one lucky reader would win a free flight, classes, and accommodations to attend the event. The second contest winner would win free classes to anything he or she had already signed up for at the workshop. The random two winners have been picked and you can find out who won in the full post below:

For the first contest we had thousands of readers enter. In order to enter you had to either post a comment on the Fstoppers thread, leave a comment on youtube, tweet out our contest tweet, share the post on facebook, or write a facebook comment on the contest post. So basically there were 5 ways to enter, and over 4000 entries were submitted. We picked one randomized winner from each platform and then randomly picked the winner from those 5 entries.

The first winner for the $400 flight voucher, 5 free hotel nights, and access to any of the instructors' classes came from one of our Twitter entries.

The second contest was open to anyone who had already committed to the event and paid for their classes. When the contest closed, the number of people eligible was 48 which made the odds of winning this contest incredibly high. The random winner for this contest was Rashad Penn. At the moment, flights anywhere in the US to the Bahamas are less than $450 round trip (which is about the same price as a cross country domestic flight).
