Pigeons flying in a studio settings, an athlete jumping off a diving board, and a polar bear are drama?? Don't get me wrong; the photos were shot well. For me, though, the word DRAMA implies (as the definition implies) a push or pull from a normal emotional state of mind.

You had photos of people physically fighting in the streets, a man surviving a plane crash, a family grieving at a funeral, boxers fighting in a ring, and natural or manmade disasters like volcanos spewing lava or firefighters putting out fires, but none of those images even appeared on your radar??

Maybe stop being so vague in the description of what you're looking for in these contests. I'm starting to understand why photographers started leaving this site several years ago.
