This was taken some time ago now but I remember the morning vividly. I have been to Richmond park countless times to photograph the Deer, it was a little obsession of mine for years. I always arrive well before sunrise and capture the deer as the sun rises and, if I'm lucky, burns off the mist which engulfs the landscape.

This was one of those moments which you could wait a lifetime for. All the variables came into place at just the right moment. The moment itself was over almost as quickly as it had begun.
