Gave this a 2 but it could be a 4 in my opinion. Specifically for me, the color of the sky seems way too unnatural. It's like a neon pink on my monitor.
Also being a little more picky, the lighting on the river bushes seems odd as I don't know the source. Possibly lights under the bridge you are standing on?
Beautiful picture, but a bit oversaturated to my taste
