I shot this whilst sitting in the back seat of the moving car, it was raining hard and I loved the way the lights were playing with the water at the same time. This photo makes me think of Blade Runner.

This is a very strong shot! It seems that the community here are very critical
The subject matter, the colors, the foreground blur and simultaneously the signs in focus even through the raindrops. I really like this shot. It makes you want to start developing stories about what's going on. Great shot!
