I took this shot in Iceland using a rotolight as the ambient light was a bit flat. I took a long exposure shot for the sky, then went into the frame and took a normal exposure to catch the movement of the cape.

Personal opinion, I think it's a great photo, as in, I have rated it 3, but for my taste, I would have had a wider field of view, I do think that would make a massive difference.

I enjoy looking through the submissions and appreciate those images that cause me to pause and take a closer look. The colors and the long depth of field are outstanding in this image. I agree this deserves a 4 rating.
