Interesting property I'm sure, but I would bump up the lighting around the image, reduce the sky with some dehaze and bring out some life in this photo.
This is a shot in dire need of a sky replacement which looks like it could be done fairly easily using nothing more than "Blend-If" in this instance. Aside from that, the white balance seems to be off and it could use a bit of contrast to make the image pop a bit more.
