So this one was lit by mobile torch light too and here is when, me and my girlfriend, discovered that you dont need much to make a night photography. All you need is mobile torch light and something to keep your camera stable while you runing around the building. I did not have my tripod with me at the time, so I used light stand insted. Therefore framing for this one was realy challenging. Good memories...

As far as i know real estate is property consisting of land or buildings
Dictionary definitions are not necessarily how we understand photographic genres. By that logic, "street photography" would consist of photos of streets.
I like the shot and it could very well be used for real estate if someone was selling the church. A couple of nitpicks would be that the blown out section on the left is distracting and it feels like you weren't properly centered on the building. The verticals don't really look 100% there either, but the triangular shape of the church makes it work, I think.
