This is a great shot! It shows a lot of the indoor space, how it connects to the outside, characteristics and detail of the design. The lighting looks professional yet natural at the same time. Nice!
Thanks Mathew. Yea the challenge here is that this space is a show suite for a high rise. So the view will be a city scape and not greenery. As of when this image was crafted the client had not yet settled on what the view was to be so I just left the "real" exterior as is.

I got something for ya.
A short story I need you to read, with a bit of a twist at the end.
Wait for it.
After you read this award winning short story, go to the image in this contest with the dude that's swimming in the ceiling. Its the highest rated image right now. I want you to check out a couple things...
1) There is a link to his IG in the image description. The same image is on his IG, so I click it, and it says that its actually him swimming at this hotel/place. But his description of the photo in this competition describes how he had such troubles lighting "the model". Hmmm? Nothing crazy, but odd.

2) So his Instagram page is all just him, as a sort of "influencer" I guess. Not a photographer.... Ok, so sh*t happens, so his submission is just an IG "influencer shot" as supposed to a real estate photographer. Not a big deal.... But wait until the last piece of this story to meet a true greaseball.
3) The comment. Check out the "Peter Jones" comment on the image. He says the image is fantastic and he wouldn't change a thing. Fair enough, but made me think, really? Nothing could be improved? It's the perfect image?
Not the blown-out patio deck? The halo on the left of the round table? The lightning on the wrong side of the round table? The blue pillow in the foreground that's wayyy sharper than anything else in the image?.....Now granted, these aren't crazy mistakes of course, but that made me wonder.....who is Peter Jones?
4). This is the climax in the movie you've been waiting for. The greasiest chapter....
Peter Jones is a blank profile with no profile image, no uploaded images, no website link, no up/down votes, no followers, etc, etc.
BUT, Peter Jones has left 1 comment in his entire history with Fstoppers. Finally, some info on our mystery man, known as Peter Jones. His only comment just happens to be the comment on the image of our IG greaseball. Damn! No solid info on Peter yet.
Now you're probably wondering why I keep using the term greaseball. Where is the merit to that harsh term, you ask?
There is one more piece of information on Mr. Jones's account that ties this amazing story all together.
So, why would Peter Jones, who has no involvement with the community thus far, no upvotes, no followers, no website, and no uploads, RATE 9 IMAGES? And all 9 images are 4 and 5 stars. Slightly odd.....
So I opened the images........
Take one guess who's profile all 9 images are from.......

Now I've been wrong before, and I'm no genius. But wow! I think I might have cracked this one wide open hahahaha!
Yea I love the strident and effusive comments made by "members" that have nothing in their accounts and don't participate in anything but Dammmmmm Jay, It never crossed my mind to dig like that.
To me that image is only ok. (to see 704 more posts from this hotel -many of them better: https://www.instagram.com/sixsenseszilpasyon/)
Yea there are some tech issues with the shot, and is not lit in any way, and it does feel like if not for the swimmer/pool gimmick that image is at best a 2 but I never gave it another thought.
It does seem that 'Pete Jones' a big fan of Ali Alsulaiman for sure.

You know, Jay, we should collaborate on a totally fictitious member. A parody one that is so over the top ridiculous, expert on everything, and silly as a way both have fun (I fear you and I may have a similar wrapped sense of humor) but also point out exactly the problem your adroit sleuthing has brought to light.
Who knows maybe this character could become a fixture at Fstoppers.
Maybe call him/her Hass L. Blad or Nik Kon

The lines lead me down the dining and living space on the left, the brighter elements on the right draw my attention there as well. Makes me take in the whole photograph. It's an odd balance that I like very much. Thanks for sharing.

Though this final image is a composition of about 30 elements, the composition was very deliberate and also quite possibly the hardest part of crafting this image. Having been crafting architectural images for quite a few years I've come to know that the single most important, no critical, element of any image is the composition. All the rest, is in support of the comp.
Though many fall back on gimmicks (twilight, star trails, nuclear skies, flowing lava, jumping dolphins, naked... etc :-D ) those are just flash and cannot take the place of a solidly composed image.
