I don't believe I've ever seen a black and white photo on the MLS before.
Kind of a grey area photo I guess, no pun intended. This was a commission from a seller. I don't think they used it for selling the house but I think they had it printed for the new owners as a closing gift. Unsure if they ever framed it.
