I think it's a pretty photo and quite dramatic, but I don't think that a realtor would use a photograph like this. It's probably too moody looking for the MLS.

Really like the composition, I think you get a wonderful sense of the space. You have the beginnings of something here. Overall the shadows are a bit dark and the highlights are blown out. Maybe if you took multiple exposures and blended the images together you would get the lighting more balanced. I like the idea of shooting into the sun. Maybe if you shot at a higher aperture you could get nice sun rays,it will feel more intentional. I also think it would have been nice to include the top of the gazebo rather than having just the tip cut out. I also think pulling the temperature up would eliminate some of the blue tones and give the whole scene a warmer feel. it would also be awesome to see all the vertical lines straightened out.
