This is the first house I shot. I found it very difficult with all of the wood to balance color. It was winter in North Carolina and I also found it challenging to take compelling outside shots as the leaves were gone from the trees and there was harsh light/shadows on the house. I am happy with this shot but believe it could be improved with some added light to cancel out a lot of the odd shadows.

Yeah... this definitely called for some artificial light.
I like this image! I feel the highlights are really nicely controlled, but overall it feels slightly under-exposed. I really like that you can look out of the window. The 2 point perspective is nice and the kitchen looks really inviting and pleasing. The edges a a bit distorted though. i think a realtor would be really happy with this.
