Very close to a 4 from me. A couple of stray hairs across the face and chin that could be easily cleaned up, and maybe get rid of the changes of tone in the background, just to remove distractions, but I love the feel of this overall.
Agreed with Adam. Feels 'moody' immediately for me and I love the tonality/lighting that you caught.
