Mixed feelings... On the one hand, I appreciate a non-typical view of the back side of a sunflower. On the other hand, I now better understand why the front side is the common view. :)

While I agree with Eric, I do see a huge potential in the back side of the pedals and I also really like the unique image of the green against the yellow. I wonder if it would have gone over better if you had cropped to a tall, narrow image that cut out at least 3/4 of the white fuzzies - If you're going unconventional, why not go all the way & forget the square!? I love the lighting and the texture on the green and yellow - the fuzz is what is distracting to me.
