1.59 - "Needs Work" 

Taken at Ft. Whyte Alive in Winnipeg, I find that birch trees in winter have a pleasing look, so I took this shot at highlighted the contrast of the birch bark and the rest of the winter surroundings. I know it doesn't look overly exciting, but I printed it on metallic based paper and the results are stunning.

The black and white turned out really well, but the composition could be better.

Pretty much what I expected. Like I mentioned in the comments about the shot, it is ho hum here, but you should see it as a 16X24 in my living room. Printing it on metallic based paper made it come to life.
