The 'money shots' in sports tend to be those that catch the split second of action: the moment the spiker's hand compresses the ball, the moment the QB's last finger rolls off the football, the striker's foot against a soccer ball before the winning goal. Personally, I find the eerie silence, the bated breath right before that instant of contact, much more exciting. Seeing everyone watching the ball and best of all, the attacker's eyes looking at it like a predator looking at prey...to me, that's the best moment right there; the suspense.
