This was during a family gathering...we were playing outside on the backyard and I set up 2 speedlights. some of the smoke is from a cheap smoke bombs, and there rest is composited via photoshop.

I really like the feeling of mistery your picture. I would have seen a different tone on smoke but its a personnal preference. Good work anyway!
Thank you Jean-Philippe Thibault , I think I was trying to going with a fog/mist... I can see also a different tone.
My issues is the tones as well. Something about them is not coming together. I enjoy the story, and that its not an everyday photo. I dislike the water mark pulling that much attention.
