My friend here hated her pregnancy photos and asked if i could take some photos of her in her home, nothing fancy. That was my favorite, because of the Nice smile.

I'm surprised there aren't more photos of pregnant women in the contest. What better joy can there be? Unfortunately I don't think this one was very well done. The blasting sun distorts her face, the background of plain sky, white railing, and jumbled plants is not attractive. If you get a chance to take more, do so. Try to get even lighting with a background that is not distracting. The lighting here is even but the sun behind kills it. If you keep the sun behind use a flash to offset its over exposure effects. And take lots of photos. I always figure I might get one good photo in thirty or forty for any shoot I do.
