This was taken on April 19, 2020 in Seattle. There were artist all up and down the street painting pictures on the plywood that were placed up over the windows due to the city being closed down because of COVID-19. I shot a photo of artist, Crystal Barbre who was really an "Angel" making the dead city come to life with color.
