This is a homeless man that used to live in my town, he was a "bit" demented as he would tie strings and put mental rings around his hand and fingers so tightly that it would restrict blood flow so badly the hand was swollen 3 times its size. It was so bad that the skin literally burst and got infected as flies would take it. Sadly I have not seen him in years no idea of what happened.
