This was shot at one of my workshop that I occasionally do. I enjoy doing then but unfortunately clients keep me busy so I only get to do around 4 or 5 a year.
I had this white sunhat laying around in my studio and the day before the workshop I decided to spray it black.
I made sure that Yasmin the model wore a black top so I could focus on the face in the image. I setup a single light with a grided barn door angled directly down to make sure it just lit up her face.
I like how the sunhat created a pattern on her face.
