This photo is my reminder that you always always always stay after sunset. The sunset was honestly kind of lack luster but a few minutes after the sun went below the horizon the sky exploded into some beautiful colors. What little clouds were in the sky were wonderfully backlit. I did a 30ish second exposure with a 3stop ND to smooth out the water. I know these pier shots have been done to death but I still never get tired of them. Maybe just a product of growing up on the coast!
