Picked up the hobby of astrophotography in the last 1.5 years.
This is a recent image..
Astrophotography is done by pointing the camera on 1 spot and taking exposure after exposure to get to a final image. Obviously this means you need to track your camera with the stars to make sure it stays pointed at the same thing.
This is about 19 hours worth of exposure. Showing the different gasses of hydrogen, oxygen and sulphur.
