Taken at Big Talbot Island just outside of Jacksonville FL, my friend and I would go out there when I would visit because the tide moves the driftwood around and you basically don't know what it's going to look like before you arrive. Especially if you're trying to catch sunrise, you're walking out in pitch black as there's no lights nearby. I got lucky with the fishermen in the center of this frame just as the sun came over the horizon. Taken on a Nikon D800 with a 24-70 lens along with an ND filter (to smooth out the tide going in and out) and a grad filter for the sky. 15sec exposure at f11 ISO50.
