This panorama was taken from near the end of the Lost Mine Trail in Big Bend National Park. The sense of scale of this area of Texas is absolutely incredible, and I tried to capture that with the photo. Luckily exploring this area in the winter is far more pleasant than attempting it in the scorching summer heat, but regardless the hike up is fairly intense. I used my Canon 6D Mark II and shot with a high aperture in order to capture as much sharpness as possible. Post processing included stacking the images, increasing clarity a bit, bringing the highlights down (the sun is intense!), and upping the shadows a bit.
