This is an image of the Yosemite "firefall", an event that occurs for a few weeks a year in February, where the setting sun shines directly on Horsetail Falls making it appear to be "on fire". This year, the falls (and my hopes of catching it) were shrouded all day by fog, but by great luck the fog parted for about 30 seconds giving the sun a chance to light up the water. This also resulted in a very mysterious-feeling and unique image of the event that I'm quite proud of.
