Since the start of my photographic journey in 2015, I have always loved photographing roads.
They are an inspiration to me, because they are the starting point of every journey, but they are also mysterious, because no one knows what is hidden around the corner.

While on vacation at la Réunion, I took out my drone to photograph surfers who were in the distance on their wave. While randomly wandering above this huge blue that is the Indian Ocean, I came across this road.

Although it is not a road, as one might usually understand, but in reality it is a pass, dug in a coral reef, to allow pleasure boats to enter and set out shelter.
It's fascinating how we can use the benefits of nature to avoid new construction, like concrete sea walls.

This photo was taken with my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone and an ND64 filter.
