I took this photo at Elakala Falls in Blackwater State Park. Although this is not the most impressive falls in the park, I wanted to play with shutter speeds with the pools at the base of the falls. I planted my tripod as low as I could get it, and drug the shutter to capture the movement in the foreground pool.
Taken with a Canon R5, f/11, ISO 100, 10 second exposure, at 15mm.
I grew up in central Maryland and used to camp in Canaan Valley as a kid. Nice to see it here.
The drive from Northern Virginia was equally impressive. Great park!
