This is a coastal cliff range in a remote area in North-Western Pacific. Me and wife were on a photographic road trip, sun was setting and we decided to stop for dinner somewhere with a view of the sunset and the sea. Happened upon this magnificent spot absolutely by accident as it was only described as a JAPAn war era fortification landmark. I set up a timelapse, field kitchen and flew the drone.
Shot on DJI Mavic Air using the 9-shot panorama mode to increase the FOV and Resolution/SNR. Further only cropped in post and adjusted for exposure and saturation in LR.
Although I have a few shots of this location on an a7rii and X-pro2, this is the shot that I actually sold on an exhibition. Despite being made with a lowly drone camera, it printed 15"x20" beautifully.
