Visited Mt.Mayon last August in the hopes of capturing the lava flow. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for the most parts and the chances of a clearing was pretty slim. I was almost ready to call it a day but something was telling me to stay put. It was only after the sun has set that the clouds around the volcano started thinning out leaving a thin lenticular cloud around the crater.
I initially had an ND filter but as the light faded, I removed the filter as it was unecessary at that point.
nice use of leading lines and the lava glow in the lenticular cloud is very eye catching
