This photo of the Dallas Skyline at night was taken in May, 2015 after heavy rains had flooded the Trinity River basin. The photo was taken with a Nikon D5300 on a tripod, and a Nikkor 70-300mm telephoto at 70mm. I used the telephoto to bring the skyline a little closer because I was on the Sylvan Avenue Bridge, which is a short distance from the skyline. I also wanted to narrow the skyline to make the buildings and reflections stand out more. I kept the editing light and just did some minor noise reduction, and brought up the saturation just a bit on some of of the colors, especially the ones reflecting on the water.
