This was taken up in the Marin Headlands, facing southeast overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge with the city of San Francisco in the background. This was at sunrise with the sun rising behind the city. A thick layer of clouds covers the bay. I have a series of photos from this time but this is my favorite. Cropped into a panoramic size due to distractions in the photo on the bottom half (the guard rail of the road etc...)
