Living above the clouds
A one-of-a-kind sight of Dubai Marina embraced by the captivating charm of blue hour fog. This extraordinary event unfolds when the desert's fog rolls in into the city at early blue hour. It's a rare phenomenon that I was able to capture with my lens just a few times in my 15-years living in Dubai.
Capturing this enchanting moment wasn't solely a matter of luck. To make it clear, the sight of this early morning fog had eluded us for the past two years. Moreover, securing a high vantage point just days in advance was quite a challenge and a rather optimistic endeavor. After several unsuccessful attempts, perseverance paid off, and I achieved this dreamlike shot from the 85th floor of a skyscraper in the vicinity.
